Clark Center. Art Deco Weekend 2020 The Miami-Dade County Commission for Women, under the Office of Community Advocacy, will participate in a historical march commemorating the 100 year anniversary of Women’s Suffrage. The march will start at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18, in front of the Art Deco Welcome Center, 1001 Ocean Dr. in Miami Beach, FL.
