Celebrate the 4th of July in Hometown Style
2019 City of Weston Honors The Everyday Hero on July 4th, 2019
The 4th of July is a special day in Weston with two popular hometown events. Start the day off by participating in the 5K Run/Walk that originates from Regional Park. The race starts at 7:00 A.M.

After you cool off, dash on over to the Weston Town Center to pick your seat curbside for the Hometown Parade which begins at 10:30 AM.
   

2019 Weston July 4th 5K Run/Walk.  Sponsored by the City of Weston, YMCA of South Florida and Weston YMCA Family Center.  Race begins at 7 a.m. at Weston Regional Park , 20200 Saddle Club Road.  Click the image link for more event details.

This year, the City of Weston honors The Everyday Hero at the 4th of July Hometown Celebration Parade. Five everyday heroes in our community will be celebrated as Grand Marshals for the event.

Traffic Alert: Temporary Road/Lane Closures
Please beware of the following temporary road and lane closures that will take place on Thursday, July 4th:

6:00 – 8:30 A.M. | Due to the 5K Run - Race begins at 7:00 A.M.
South Post Road:  
Closed between Saddle Club Road and the Public Works Services Center, 2599 South Post Road

Weston Regional Park:  
Access to the park will be restricted
 
9:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. | Due to the Parade - Event begins at 10:30 A.M.
Town Center Boulevard:
North and southbound lane closures, between Town Center Circle and Indian Trace

Three Village Road:  
Closed eastbound between Town Center Boulevard and Bonaventure Boulevard

Bonaventure Boulevard: 
Closed southbound between Three Village Road and Bell Tower Lane
