Tis' the Season!
Thanks to Miami Beach residents, the city is being showered with gifts this holiday season! With the G.O. Bond Program well underway, quality-of-life enhancements can be seen popping up all over town.

Last month, roadways were re-paved and re-surfaced on Lenox Avenue between 6 and 11 streets, and on 10 Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Alton Road. The North Shore Park & Youth Center was spruced up with a fresh interior paint job and new LED lighting fixtures. The Scott Rakow Youth Center was also refreshed with a new layer of interior and exterior paint. Crespi Park and Stillwater Park received new perimeter fences and LED sports lights, and Normandy Isle Park received new LED lighting fixtures as well.

This month, the North Shore Park & Youth Center will complete its facility roof replacement and the Scott Rakow Youth Center will have a new energy-efficient HVAC system up-and-running. In addition, over 90 new trees will be planted across Muss Park and the 20 Street Pocket Park.
