Construction Update What's New: On Monday, February 13, 2017, the west side of the intersection of Washington Avenue and 17 Street will be continuously closed for approximately ten (10) days. All traffic will be detoured throughout the area to use 16 Street (See map below). This work is part of the Public Works Department storm water drainage upgrades along Washington Avenue from 17 Street to 18 Street and on 17 Street from Pennsylvania Avenue to Washington Avenue.
