LLAMADO A MIS COLEGAS MILITARES

Estimados compañeros de armas:

            La patria va rumbo al abismo y sus pilotos no muestran ningún interés en cambiar de orientación empecinados en implantar la fracasada ideología comunista. Esta locura colectiva de la cúpula chavista que obedece como zombis a sus amos cubanos no puede continuar. Debemos detenerla antes que conviertan a Venezuela en un estado fallido.
            Tenemos años recomendando cambios necesarios para impedir un desastre, pero los consejos no han tenido eco en los oídos sordos de los altos personeros del régimen.  Ello están convencidos que se mantendrán perpetuamente en el poder porque cuentan en su arsenal con un sistema electoral fraudulento que cada día se hace mas evidente.  Esta peligrosa situación se ha agravado ante las pruebas palpables que Nicolás Maduro es colombiano o que en el mejor de los casos tiene doble nacionalidad. Esta abyecta violación de la Constitución Nacional que nos aleja día a día de la ruta democrática constituye una afrenta a la dignidad de los venezolanos y no puede ser aceptada sumisamente.
            La situación actual ya de por si es delicada. La economía está al está borde del colapso, la inseguridad e inflación crecen sin pausa mientras que el desabastecimiento de alimentos y otros productos de primera necesidad campean. En medio de esta calamidad pública la nacionalidad de Maduro y la fatal entrega de la nación a los cubanos castristas constituyen el detonante que pronto puede conducirnos a una infausta explosión social.  Para evitar que esto ocurra se hace necesario tomar acciones previstas en la misma Constitución Nacional para estos casos. Al efecto el artículo 350 de la Carta Magna establece que: "El pueblo de Venezuela, fiel a su tradición republicana, a su lucha por la independencia, la paz y la libertad, desconocerá cualquier régimen, legislación o autoridad que contraríe los valores, principios y garantías democráticos o menoscabe los derechos humanos."
            Ante la imposibilidad de una solución electoral a corto plazo y el empeño del mandatario ilegal en continuar en el cargo, se hace indispensable la participación de la institución castrense para hacer un cambio en la cúspide del gobierno. No estoy promoviendo un golpe de Estado, estoy recomendando un pronunciamiento pacífico del Alto Mando Militar en su rol de defensor y garante de la Constitución.
            Este grupo de oficiales o un  grupo Ad Hoc que haga sus veces debe actuar con firmeza, evitando derramamiento de sangre, exigiendo al usurpador que renuncie a un cargo. Este desconocimiento a su investidura es legal porque fraudulentamente no llenó los requisitos exigidos por la Constitución para ser presidente.  En defensa de la Constitución la institución armada debe proceder a nombrar su reemplazo, de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en la Carta Magna. Esa patriótica actitud será rechazada por los hermanos Castro y los tránsfugas que vendieron su patria por un puñado de dólares. Este grupo minoritario no podrá impedir que una mayoría indignada libere a Venezuela. De no actuar la Institución Armada, los militares traicionarían su juramento y obligaría al pueblo a actuar sin ellos. Llego el momento de dar un paso al frente y cumplir con nuestro deber.
            La salida del ilegítimo y sus acompañantes no significa necesariamente el fin del régimen chavista, pero si de la dominación cubana. En las condiciones actuales es probable que el nuevo régimen sea sustituido temporalmente por algunos militares patriotas del 4F que están molestos por la penetración cubana y su dominio sobre nuestro país. En todo caso la nueva realidad sería de carácter nacionalista y el país entraría en una fase de la lucha que se resolvería pacíficamente en futuras elecciones con un nuevo CNE imparcial y donde necesariamente volveríamos al conteo manual de los votos.
            Todo indica que es alta la probabilidad que ocurra el escenario descrito en un plazo relativamente corto. Por ello recomiendo que se organice un equipo de profesionales que planifique los pasos a seguir en el  inevitable proceso de transición que se avecina. Durante ese lapso debe garantizarse  la estabilidad de un gobierno cívico militar provisional, cuya objetivo central será restituir en el país el Estado de Derecho.
            Al efecto la organización de resistencia Venezuela Soberana recomienda que el equipo de transición aborde los siguientes temas:
            ¿Cómo neutralizar a los factores internacionales que querrán reinstalar a Maduro (u otro clon cubano) en el poder? ¿Cómo estabilizar la moneda, frenar la inflación y asegurar el abastecimiento? ¿Cómo mantener y potenciar los avances sociales logrados con la misiones? ¿Cómo manejar las obligaciones y deudas internacionales adquiridas ilegalmente por el régimen chavista? ¿Cómo despolitizar a la institución armada? ¿Cómo acabar con los grupos paramilitares armados y reducir los índices de inseguridad?  ¿Cómo restablecer la institucionalidad y la independencia de los poderes públicos, particularmente del Poder Judicial y electoral? ¿Cómo recuperar los dineros robados a la nación?
            Los próximos días serán decisivos en este proceso. Roguemos a Dios que ilumine a los venezolanos para pronto volver a un sistema democrático inclusivo que nos permita de nuevo  ser hermanos y rescatar al verdadero Bolívar del lodazal al que lo han tirado. No estoy llamando a conspirar. Una conspiración es un actividad oculta para cometer un delito. Estoy proponiendo en público un acto absolutamente legal: Defender la Constitución y hacerla cumplir.
            Todos tenemos una misión y un puesto de combate en esa lucha por la independencia, la paz y el respeto a la Constitución. Invito no solo a los militares sino a todos los compatriotas a unirse a nuestra causa para liberar la patria del comunismo y luchar para echar al extranjero invasor.

The Meow Mobile comes to Miami Beach twice a month to spay and neuter community cats at North Shore Open Space Park. This program is made possible by a grant from PetSmart Charities, Inc. Feed Them, Don't Litter
Be aware of littering laws. If you are feeding stray animals, food cannot be placed directly on the ground including plants or leaves and sand dunes. Also when using plates, cans or other containers, these objects must be removed immediately. Do not trespass in sand dunes.

Contact Code Compliance at 305.673.7555 if you see any dogs off leash; any dogs owners failing to clean after the animal; littering; or any trespassing in sand dunes.
